What does the future hold? How it behaves in the case of Eastern European care workers?

Against the Background of the increasing number of patient are likely to increase the number, probably more. For us, the question of how the development in the area of the 24-hour care, Eastern European care workers, for example. Polish nurses, will look like. Currently, the number of increases from year to year to year, and in addition to legal care workers from Poland as well as nurses from other countries, such as, for example, increased. Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.

We assume that the demand will continue to increase, because the new regulations under the care act to strengthen starting in 2017, the outpatient care (p.will win more of the costs of outpatient care) is becoming increasingly important.

With the new care strengthening laws, after all, 5 billion euros since January of 2017, a year in addition for the care. The German care insurance is about 20 percent more efficient. In particular, people with dementia get now actually equal access to all services of the care insurance.
